How the pricing calculator works

Selling Price = Cost ÷ (1 − Margin ÷ 100); Markup = (Price − Cost) ÷ Cost × 100

Example calculation

Cost ₹600 with a 40% target margin: price ₹1,000, profit ₹400 per unit, markup 66.67%.
